Observations

May 5 - May 25, 2017

Reception: May 5, 2017; 6 - 9pm

This showcase of images marks the Fourth Annual Arlington Heights High School Advanced Photography Exhibition. This year, students chose to create artwork based off of poems (or a section of a poem) written by their photography teacher, Andrew Giles, from his book of poetry that shares the same title "observations". Although the back bone of the show is Photography, there are multiple genres, as well as disciplines, of photography ranging from digitally manipulated images to mixed media pieces. Rooted in the deep, artistic culture of Fort Worth, one can see the fruit of these future artist's labor.
